We built two new flats above an existing commercial unit on a pedestrian-only high street in Sutton. The project required underpinning of the commercial space, managing deliveries through a narrow rear access and coordinating multiple trades. Despite the constraints, we delivered attractive, energy-efficient flats on time and budget.
